If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will:
- Dispatch available items
- Contact you regarding the unavailable product
- Offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery destination.
All applicable shipping fees are displayed before completing your order.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made before dispatch.
Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
